Welcome to First Talk. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the First Talk mobile application and website operated by First Talk (“we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using First Talk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The service
First Talk is a matchmaking platform that connects members in Kerala, India. First Talk facilitates discovery and communication between members and encourages mutual verification and respect.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use First Talk. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must keep your mobile device secure and notify us of any unauthorized use
- Login is verified via OTP sent to your registered mobile number
5. Member interactions and calls
- Connections and calls require mutual interest and member consent
- Members should maintain mutual respect and follow community standards
- Any offline meeting or independent interaction is at your sole discretion and judgment
6. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use First Talk for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other members
- Submit false information or impersonate another person
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the service without permission
7. Platform relationship
Profiles listed on First Talk are created by independent users.First Talk provides verification tools and features but members are encouraged to exercise reasonable care in their interactions. We provide reporting and blocking tools to maintain a safe community.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and design elements of First Talk are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Privacy
Your use of First Talk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
First Talk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, First Talk and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to First Talk if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may request account deletion at any time by following the instructions on our Delete Account page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
